Try wheeling a barrow filled with concrete down an excavation embankment for 20 feet or so to gain speed, aiming for, acquiring and crossing the primary target - a doubled 2x12 spanning 10 feet or so 6 ft above ground - didja make it? - good - through the open slider into the apartments then down the stairs - turn around and repeat performance.
