Powellooza!




Aw yeah. Powellooza.  Looks like a sorta boot camp for BSBFB behavior. Lake Powell is a man-made lake near the border between Utah and Arizona.

Some decades back, when I lived in Tucson, we had times like that on the man-made lakes on the Salt River. (Roosevelt, Apache, Canyon and Saguaro, they were called).

Now that I'm back in the Midwest, I've been wanting to spend a houseboat vacation on Lake Powell but haven't done it yet.

I'm too old to be envious, but I'm not too old to enjoy their fun. In 20 years they'll be at a piano recital, think of that weekend, and smile. There was some serious planning and some serious money involved in that weekend!

Fun Fact To Know and Tell:

Lake Powell has more coastline than the combined coastlines of the states of Washington, Oregon and California with the Pacific Ocean.
